Thanks for the great comment!.  I&#039;ve found there are always ingredients that go into the dough that are identifiable (better techology or talent, for example), and ingredients that are unidentifiable - like culture.

As an Industrial Designer I was curious as to why you would be central in making the Iphone for apple and not be the Blackberry or Palm for yourself. I had come to realize there are a few more ingredients required in the yeast to literally &quot;raise the dough&quot; of a new and successful company. I believe the recipe is - 1 part analytical thinking, 2 parts creativity, 1 part business acumen, 1 part street smarts, and a dash of knowing how to learn.</description>
